On both sides of the main building, there are two wooden walkways created by local artisans, leading to a private bungalow suite surrounded by spectacular ocean views.

      Each bungalow has a comfortable king size bed and built in shelves. Its bathroom has two areas, one with the sunken tub in its own separate space, perfect to enjoy the ocean and jungle views.

      Each bungalow has a private rooftop deck, accessible by the spiral staircase on its private walkway. The large rooftop bed is the perfect place to lounge and sun bathe in the daytime, and watch the stars at night. For early risers, you can watch the sun rise over the water, and one of the very special features of the fairy-tale setting is that you can also watch the sun set over the water in the evening!

     The compound is off-the-grid with solar power and includes 12 solar panels and 16 batteries. Ample water storage with a 20K liter rain catchment system. Property also has satellite internet and Sonos sound system.

     The property has 100 meters of beach front, and is approximately 400 meters deep. Situated on the 10km, "Playa Kuka", beach within the biosphere reserve.  Only 35 large lots total on this long stretch of beach (with four homes to date), which ensures it will always retain its remote and uncrowded ambience.
